The front door is equipped with glass display windows, display instruments and indicator lights. The positive pressure cabinet introduces clean and safe compressed air into the positive pressure cavity through the intelligent control system and the pressure control system in the explosion-proof control box, so as to form a micro positive pressure in the positive pressure cavity, prevent the entry of external dangerous gas and dust, and achieve the purpose of explosion-proof. The product has the functions of intelligent centralized control, LCD text display, automatic ventilation, delayed automatic power supply, loss of pressure and air supply, fault alarm and automatic power cut off in case of danger.

2. working principle

1. After the external 380V or 220V AC is introduced into the explosion-proof control box, press the "start button", the solenoid valve opens the air inlet pipe, the compressed air enters the positive pressure chamber after filtering and decompression, and the dangerous gas in the positive pressure chamber is discharged from the positive pressure chamber through the exhaust valve. When the dangerous gas in the positive pressure chamber is changed to a safe value, the ventilation is completed, the interlocking contact is automatically closed, and the electrical appliances and instruments can work.
