Installation and commissioning
After arrival, if on-site installation and debugging are required, our company or our company's agent shall be responsible for the installation and debugging of the instrument.
Acceptance
After installation and commissioning, the customer shall confirm that the goods are brand-new products in accordance with the contract, and that the quality performance, technical indicators and random configuration are in accordance with the contract and the manufacturer's technical documents, and after confirming the acceptance of the full set of technical documents, sign the installation acceptance report to confirm the acceptance.
Training
At the same time of equipment installation and commissioning, our company's after-sales service engineer is responsible for on-site technical training for users until users can operate skillfully. During the use of the instrument, customers can consult the after-sales service personnel of our company for relevant technical problems at any time, and arrange on-site training or remote guidance by our company according to the situation.
After-sales service
From the date of acceptance, a one-year free warranty will be provided, and all maintenance costs and spare parts costs during the warranty period will be free (the cost price of spare parts will be charged for instrument failure caused by human factors); After the warranty period, the equipment will be responsible for maintenance for life and will be charged appropriately according to the actual maintenance cost.

After receiving the customer's written repair, respond within 24 hours; and according to the customer's location, arrive at the scene within 48 hours to solve.
